Commsor Inc. (“Commsor”, “us”, “we”, and/or “our”) operates www.Commsor.com and related services available through our online portals (hereinafter referred to as our “Service”).
This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs your use of our Service, and explains how we collect, use, safeguard, share, and disclose information from or about users of our Service (“Users”) or their devices. Registration and Profile Information. When you sign up for an account, register to use our Service, request access to our Service, or participate in demos, we ask you to create a password and ask you for your email address, first name and last name, community or company name, information about the communication tools and platforms that you use, information about your community-building goals and challenges you face in building your community, and other information.
Payment Information. When you make a purchase, third-party service providers that handle payments for us will receive your payment card information.
Funding Application Information. If you apply for funding from us through our Service, we ask for your name, email address, company name, company URL, information about your product, demo video or presentation, and other information you choose to provide.
Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, when you contact us for customer support, we will receive your email address, social media handle, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide. If you subscribe to our newsletter, then we will collect certain information from you, such as your email address. You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us through the link in the message or by emailing us at support@commsor.com.
B. Information We Collect When You Use our Service
Device Information. We receive information about the device and software that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access our Service by or through a mobile device, including your computer's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, web browser type, browser version, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
Usage Information. To help us understand how you use our Service and to help us improve it, when you use our Service, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Service, like the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data (“Usage Data”).

7. How We Share the Information We Collect

Disclosure for Law Enforcement and Similar Disclosures. Please note, we may not able to provide our Service without some necessary data. 10. Your Data Protection Rights under the California Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:
- users can visit our site anonymously;
- our Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy”, and can easily be found on the page specified above on the home page of our website;
- users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page;
- users are able to change their personal information by emailing us at support@commsor.com.
Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals:
We honor Do Not Track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.
You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.
11. Your Choices
Update Your Information. Users are able to change their personal information by emailing us at support@commsor.com.
Marketing Communications. You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt-out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us.
12. Third Parties
Our Service may contain links to other websites, products, or services that we do not own and are not operated by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit before providing any information to them.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to your activities on these third-party services or any information you disclose to these third parties. 13. Commsor's use Google’s API
Commsor uses Google’s Application Programming Interface (API) Services to enable the user authorization feature for accessing the Commsor platform.
Commsor's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements.
14. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18, and no part of our Service is directed to children. If you learn that a child has provided us with Personal Data in violation of this Privacy Policy, please contact us at support@commsor.com. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data, from children, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we materially change the ways in which we use or share information from or about you or your devices previously collected from you through our Service, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service.
